I Beat Stage 4 Cancer. Here's What Changed Everything!
| Dr. Nasha Winters (Part 2)

THE SHIVAN SHOW WITH SHIVAN SARNA Featuring Dr. NASHA WINTERS

Could your daily habits have a bigger impact on your future health than the genes you inherited?

That question really stopped me in my tracks, and it's exactly why I wanted to share this conversation. This is Part 2 of my conversation with Dr. Nasha Winters, so if you haven't watched Part 1 yet, I'd really encourage you to start there for the full context.

Watch Part 1 with Dr. Nasha Winters here.

Dr. Nasha has such a wonderful way of taking complex science and making it feel practical and empowering. Rather than focusing on fear, she reminds us to pay attention to the things we can actually influence, and I think that's a message more people need to hear.

One of the biggest ideas we explored is the Terrain Ten™, the internal environment that helps shape our health. Instead of looking for one single cause of illness, we talked about how epigenetics, nutrition, toxins, the microbiome, inflammation, hormones, stress, circadian rhythm, and emotional health all work together.

What I also loved is that this conversation isn't about chasing perfection. It's about noticing the signals your body gives you, asking better questions, and making small, intentional choices before bigger problems develop.

We also discussed how simple blood tests may provide valuable insights, practical ways to reduce sugar cravings, why movement and oxygen matter, and just how quickly the microbiome can begin to change.

For me, the biggest takeaway is this: while we can't control everything, we have far more influence over our health than many of us realize. Understanding your own terrain can help you make better decisions today that may support your long-term health for years to come.
